What started out as a stop-gap job while deciding what her next career path would be, Dawn took interest in real estate as an agent. Despite hearing that it would take at least a year to make her first sale, she jumped into the industry and set a new standard. She sold her first property, a small apartment in Speightstown, her first day on the job.
That exciting start has led to a rewarding 20-plus year career in the industry, working with amazing people from various parts of the world. Dawn listens attentively and is known to find the ideal home for her clients, whether it be small apartments to multi-million-dollar villas.
A ‘born and bred’ Bajan, Dawn has an intimate knowledge of the island, and though her main focus is the luxury West Coast market, she is more than happy to advise clients on other parts of the island and the Barbadian lifestyle in general.
The international sector knows how daunting it can to buy a home thousands of miles from their home country and Dawn gets as hands on as needed to make the process painless by simplifying each step of the way.
From acceptance of offer to completion and beyond. Her motto is ‘No question is too silly’. And when the time comes to sell and move on Dawn is there to assist with listing the property for sale, advising on the best price and working with the team to put together a marketing strategy.

In her free time Dawn enjoys travelling through Canada and the US visiting family and friends or relaxing at home with her husband, reading, gardening and taking her 4-legged children to the beach.
